The Memory Link menu

Retentivity Link (Japanese: おもいでリンク Memory Link) is a feature in Pokémon Black ii and White 2. Memory Link allows players to sync either of the original Black and White games with Blackness 2 and White ii via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection or DS Wireless Communications. With this feature, the player can admission new game features and interactions in Black 2 and White 2. The player volition need to progress their Pokémon Black or White game to specific points in the main story in society to unlock certain flashbacks via the Memory Link.

Flashbacks

Certain NPCs will reflect on the past when spoken to after Retention Link has been activated.
